Different size valve stems?
I bought some valve stems with sensors for the Ford trailer TPMS and took trailer and stems to Discount Tire to get them installed. They couldn't do it though because the wheels have larger holes than the standard? They said standard was like dime sized while the wheels (new trailer) were like quarter sized? Anyone heard of this? Is there maybe some adapter that can be used here?

Never seen any wheels with valve stem holes the size of a quarter!
Now, there are some different size valve stems in some heavy duty wheels, but not that big.
Those wheels came with the trailer?
Might want to inquire with the trailer manufacturer.

I think maybe more lime and nickel but I didn't see them. I have an email into the trailer manufacturer.

They won't make anything like that, new correct stems or nothing I'm afraid.

Gotcha, I was showing an example of the different sizes. Do you have info on what wheel (OD) and TPMS sensor (ID)?

Ok, so it seems .625 holes are typical for 8 lug trailer wheels. No idea why as it's the same Schrader valve so it's not like you can get more air in them faster. I'm not having any luck finding .625 sensors other than the dust cap kind.

Looks like Dill Air Supply is the only manufacturer of a metal 5/8 valve stem with a TPMS sensor screw. Bought through their site which handed me off to the Northern Tool site and got a military discount.
