F-250, F-350 differences
I thought that someone might have posted this question before, however I searched and could not find it. So I will post this question.
I know that this might sound stupid to many of you, but my question is: What is the difference between the F-250 and the F-350??
From all of the information that I could find, they sem to have the same engine options, transmission options, alternator, battery, brakes, fuel tank(s), and steering.
The only differences that I could find between the two are the rear axle, rear springs, and the option of having duel rear wheels.
Is there a difference in the chasses (frame). Becuase if their is not, then it would seem that an F-250 could be easily converted into a F-350 by just replacing the rear drive-train.
Just wanted to ask. Thanks for any replies.
SRW wheel F250 and F350 use a Sterling 10.5". Dually's wear a Dana 80. Don't forget that they have different badges & different GVWR. Not a whole lot else.
>Is there a difference in the chasses (frame).
Only on the Chassis cabs.
