I recently obtained an edelbrock intake from a man and was talking ford when he described to me the new engine that he just finished for his truck. Ill Quote what he described,

460 block with 428 heads and intake..... Im a novice but am pretty sure that that wont work. am I wrong? From what I remember on a 460 nothing is compatable with the FE block....?

 

no they wont work he maybe referring to the 429 pretty much the same as the 460, and ur right a FE does not even compare to the 460.
