Clutch fan engaging
New to the 6.7, recently picked up a 2021 lariat milage 53k and on my last trip the fan engaged on and off several times. Cruised between 60 and 70, 75 degree day, temp gage just to the left of the logo, under the temp gage, and a few times on city street rolling into my neighborhood. Had 2 dirt bikes and gear in the back. No play in the fan, resistance when spinning fan later. It also seems to take a long time. On cold start, seems to take a long time before gage indicates heat, I don't boost it until it's normal zone. Heard about re- flashing from backyard expert, figured this was the place to find fact.

The fan on mine doesn't kick in unless the coolant/oil temperatures come up. It may also come on when the air conditioner is running, but not nearly as loud as it does when the coolant/oil temperatures require it to come on.
