Interpreting Coolant Testing Strips

Interpreting Coolant Testing Strips

I flushed my coolant in summer 2019. Wow how time flies. I used Fleetpride or some such thing brand that from a large truck parts chain.

Anyway I checked with coolant test strip and after 90 seconds it clearly showed I'M DUE for a flush...



Then I look at the strip this morning and it has changed:



Does interpretation need to happen within just a few minutes?

It should say on the directions before I changed from the green coolant to ELC when using the fleet guard said take reading within x amount of seconds

It says to wait 90 seconds but doesnt say if the color continues to change after 1 hour or what have you.
