Power mirrors non functional.

2019 F350 6.7 Platinum.

Last fall my power adjuster mirrors stopped working on the drivers side.
Cleaned and greased them, but still nothing! Order new mirror motor but still noting.

Tried a new DCM and controller in the door.

Couple days ago the power fold failed and running boards didn’t want to go back in until I was over 15km/h. Went and got new batteries and the running boards all work fine again but still no power fold.

What I can tell is seems to be no power or lack of power to the mirror but after pulling it all apart and testing it (to the best of my knowledge) everything came back fine. Did mostly continuity testing to make sure I had no damaged wires. And all connections look clean with no burnt or bent connections.

Anyone able to point me in a direction to look ? Ground wires in the frame ? Door jam ?

appreciate any help!

side note. In winter months I get an odd amount of electrical faults, ABS faults, hill start assist, lane keep assist. But mostly around the cold days -40c and on type days.

Water intrusion into a connector somewhere. Has caused an open circuit for your power fold, and causing your various other faults during winter months. Had a similar issue with my 2017 Ram, front parking sensors would get water intrusion in the winter, freeze, crack, cause park sensor errors. Waited until spring to get them fixed, was fine for another couple years before it happened again.

Check the infamous big connector by the spare tire on the passenger side and all the connections in that area as well as trailer plugs to make sure they’re not wet or corroded. This has been a common issue on these SDs.

ABS sensors can cause some of the other faults you are seeing. You got the batteries covered which will cause problems and shut stuff off. Many have had to trace wires to find problems after nothing else worked. Probably a simple solution but finding it is the aggravating part.

Yes, On a recent service with Arod I had him check my spare tire big connector and all was well meaning no (green). He lubed it with dielectric grease and sealed it back up. If you see green corrosion in this plug you are likely going to have gremlins at some point.
