Having trouble diagnosing Engine sound
Hi all my truck has an odd sound I am aware they are noisy but still new to diagnosing this side of stuff. Would any of you know what it is.
I run 87 fuel, Shell Rotella 10w-30, and have about 70-80psi cold and about 10~12 at hot idle. It's a 1977 2WD 400, Anything else you need just let me know. Thank you.

All good just took it in for inspection and he was a Ford mechanic used to old Fords. He said it all sounds good just a old noisy valvetrain which is what I expected, just glad to get a second opinion.
