I all of a suddan have a very loud popping in the intake of my engine... I've replaced all of the rockers, pushrods, injectors because of a ticking noise that was getting louder and now when I started the truck there is a loud popping coming from the intake manifold... When I cover the intake with my hand I can't feel anything, but when I removed my hand the noise got louder... And each time I covered the intake then removed my hand it gets even louder...

 

Pull valve covers and recheck what you have done would be the first thing I would do.

 

Where did you get the injectors?

 

I have cured the intake problem, one of the new rocker arms was defective, replaced and now good... However, when I replaced the return lines between the injectors with clear tube to check for air, on the left bank (drivers side) there is no air bubbles but on the right side (passenger) I have air bubbles and the engine runs rough... Why would I only have air bubbles on one side? When there is no air in the line the engine smooths out and sounds good...
