Year unknown.. can anyone tell me something about them?
What they fit, are they good? What they are worth?

New in boxes... old guy got them from a local for dealer eons ago... been sitting as spares.

Ford emplem cast into them

Thumbs up

Any NOS aluminum heads for a flathead are potentially worth some money. What it sounds like you have is a set of heads for one of the earlier engines as they had the 21 stud heads - later models (59 and 8BA) had 24 stud heads. I'm not an expert but NOS heads - if they're in good shape and not damaged - typically go for several hundred doallars at swap meets and on line auctions. If they are high compression type heads then I think they're worth a bit more as there really isn't too much performance stuff out there for the early 21 stud engines.

Most guys hot rodded the 24 stud motors. Too bad they're not for 24 stud motors as I'd be talking to you! Of course I'd run into the same problem I normally do - my wallet just isn't as stuffed as I'd like it to be and these things tend to be expensive. The aluminum helps shed heat and that's one of the big problems that these motors have - they tend to run hot.

The on line auction houses have also helped to drive the price up on this stuff - oh well it's what the market will bear I guess. I'd love to get a set of aluminum heads for my 8BA motor but I haven't found any I could afford that weren't trashed. Good Score!!!

Those are are very possibly high altitude heads offered in 37 for the 21 stud engine. And with the US part # I would say they are.

In the states they were called Denver heads.

OTOH, they were either pure aluminum or an alloy that corroded water passages real fast and dealers were swapping on iron heads as fast as they could get them.

Canada used a lot of aluminum as they had their own foundries and a lot of autonomy. Ive seen Canadian 24 stud aluminum heads and they appeared to be a tough alloy.

NOS ought to bring some good money on EBay, do a good search on current and closed auctions.
