Question A question on heads for flathead???

I found some heads in an old guys garage today...

Aluminum heads off a flat head of some description
Year unknown.. can anyone tell me something about them?
What they fit, are they good? What they are worth?

New in boxes... old guy got them from a local for dealer eons ago... been sitting as spares.

Ford emplem cast into them
number cast into them is #40-6049A2
21 bolt holes in them

Thanks

I think those are '34 era heads...I think some of those had aluminum heads stock. Not sure how much they are worth...first they are the old 21 stud motor, and second they are not hig compression heads...most value would be to somebody doing a stock resto. Might try putting them on eBay and see what you get.
