Hey all! Since we've started building some Super Duty Flatbed rigs here at Adventure Motors, we thought we'd share them here, showing what we've done, and looking forward to seeing what you've come up with!!
Here's our newest example: 2024 F-250: 18" Method Wheels with 38x13.5" Nitto Ridge Grapplers, ADD Front Bumper, Baja Designs lights, Comeup Winch, AluBlack Flatbed Tray w/ side boxes, Carli rear shackles, Fox 2.5 Shocks! We're currently working on the hitch and rear winch mount system to clean the back up a bit, as well as working with AluBlack on a tailgate system for this!
Ford wasn't supporting box deletes on 2023+ trucks. Has that changed or are you guys incorporating sensors to keep the Blis system happy? Looks like there is a set of them mounted under the rear of the bed. Taking the OEM ones out of the factory taillights or are those aftermarkets that are weatherproof?

As far as we know, Ford still isn't supporting the bed replacements, so we just move all of the factory sensors over to the tray ourselves. OEM sensors come out of the taillights and mount under the rear of the tray, and all the parking sensors get holes drilled to match the location and angles from the factory locations. All the systems are happy and operating like they should, and all the turn signals flash normal!
