I have a V10 excursion but looking for something better on fuel. But fixing up the ex is one alternative. I have a 00 v10 ex and 06 V10 f250. I really don't need both. I got the f250 because I was concerned about reliability of the 270k mile ex. But $600 a year goes to insurance and gets me nothing. If I take that $600 x 3 or 4 and put that into the ex maybe that's the better option.
