2004 E350 super duty
I have a 04 e350 super duty van that used to be a new broadcast van . It had 1 big deep cell battery that ran a bunch of stuff. I e plugs..lights etc. that battery died so I ended up getting 2 smaller deep cell batteries in its place...so now I'm wondering how to charge them with my alternator. I have an isolator I just don't know how to wire it to alternator and batteries...help

You can just connect the positive from the isolator to either battery, then throw a good sized jumper between both positive terminals of the batteries. You do the same for the negative. They will be all wired in parallel.
