OBS Tailgate styles
Trying to find a particular year/style tailgate.
My F150 has the aluminum panel style with the FORD chrome letters on the right, (Very common from what I know)
My F250 HD has no aluminum panel, no letters, no badges but totally beat to crap.
The bed I just bought has he giant F O R D letters embosssed in the sheet metal and I hate it.
Not that I'm pickyy but I want to get the tailgate that has no aluminum panel and has the blue ford logo on the right and the F250 Heavy Duty badge on the left.
Please let me know if anyone can identify the particular year/model for this tailgate.

I think some of it has to do with with trim level as well. I think the early 90s had the Ford stamped into the metal. My 97 has the blue oval on the bottom right side and the 350 logo on the other side. My truck is an XL trim. My dads XLT has a similar tailgate. I have a spare black one from a 96, I think, that has the big aluminum panel.
