If you are asking about the orange wire....
It is your block heater. The other end is usually driver side of grill tucked in the lip on the bumper if it has not been re-routed. The main path from there is up to the rail then forward, it may be in a spiral wrap sleeve in the wheel well area at the top of the frame rail.
And...
Wash that engine with detergent, rags, brushes, and garden hose... pressure washer will cause many issues.
