Softtopper experience
I have a line on a barely used Softtopper and I'm seriously considering it. It is off a 2015 short-bed. From what I can tell the part number is different between the 17+ and the 11-16s. Anyone ever try to fit one off the previous model to their 17+?

I am not sure if the height is different from 16 to 17, but I do know the tailgate flap is different for the backup camera cutout on the 17+. My softopper has been awesome, I put it on for long family trips and take it off when not needed.

I have had had two in the past and liked them very much EXCEPT for the way the back closed down with the Velcro. On my 2020 I went with an Outlander and it seals much better and much better closure at the tailgate plus dark side windows to see out. I just moved to a 5th wheel trailer, so I am back to a tonneau cover. If anyone is looking for a 2017 short bed Outlander soft truck cover I have one for sale for $425 in Southern California.

The 17+ one sold, so I'm back to the previous model one. I measured the height of my cab and to the chmsl it is 24". Anyone know the height of the cab on a 15?

From all my research, the cab height difference is ~1.5-2.0" from 16 to 17.
It may not look too bad. And for $400.00, the cost is right to try. I can always resell it if the look is goofy because of the difference.

@honda250xtitan Thanks for your offer, but I don't need the specific measurements; after my work bonus hit, I just decided to buy a new one to get the one designed for 17+. I prefer tan anyways, so that was also a consideration. I'll post up pics on my thread once I get it setup.
