4X4 hubs
hey when i put my x in 4X4 hi or low it pulls to the right like asun of a gun and it makes a big banging noise on the left front hub is it the hub not engageing and is there any way to fix??? my self with out replacing the hubs bc it seams to me it is not engaging so i figure to so if anyone elsehad tha same problem please help big snowstorm on the way today PLEASE HELP i am going to try greaseing them up today

I HAD SAME PROBLEM NOISE ON DRIVER SIDE ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE I RAN OVER SOMETHING. DID NOT DO IT ALL THE TIME. IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE AUTO HUB WAS GOING BAD. CONVERTED OVER TO MANUAL HUBS. PROBLEM WAS FIXED. IT COST 180 FOR WARN MANUAL HUBS AND 60 FOR CONVERSION KIT. THE DEALER WANTED 300 FOR ONE AUTO HUB. IF I LEAVE MANUAL HUBS LOCKED I CAN STILL USE TOUCH BUTTON TO ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE TRANSFER CASE. PROCESS IS EASY AND DIRECTIONS ARE REAL CLEAR THAT COME WITH CONVERSION KIT.
