1994 5.0 leak

I have a fluid leak from one of my water pump bolts or the gasket near there. The fluid is not dark like motor oil, but doesn't look green like coolant and the weep holes are dry. Any suggestions on diagnosis?

I suspect the timing cover gasket is bad.
