Which one? The one at the top, near the fitting, or the one further down, in the "loop"?
IMO, the top one I'd let fly. But the lower one- that one looks more severe. Sure, it will work, but how well? (Not to mention that it looks like chit....). If I were you I'd probably cut the line below it, in that straight section above the rag joint, and start over.
(If this was my truck I'd just replace the entire line, as I have an Eastwood flaring tool that makes this job pretty simple.)
Do yourself a favor and beg, borrow, or steal a good tubing bender. Doing this by hand you're almost guaranteed to kink the line.
Agree with tubing bender and even then those runs into the MC can be tricky. Mine ain't that great and I should of gotten a pre-bent solution when I did a power disc brake swap. Also maintains your brake pressure switch.
I would agree with the above. The way I look at it is any kink is a weak spot now. Will it fail maybe/maybe not, but the it isn't as good as an un-kinked line!
