Door swapability?

Any difference/fit issues between a left side door on a 1981 F100 and a F250?

I'll assume, no difference. You could go to LMC truck and download the parts catalog and look for yourself. You could also ask google.

No difference. They changed the style of door locks back then in the early models. If it was a mid-year change you may run into that. The early models had a slide lock while the little bit later ones changed to the familiar pin sticking out of the top of the door near the window.
