Front bumper on the 2017 F250 Lariat is chrome. A few years ago, the rust spot came and came. So, what to do? If you replace it with something, it is a front and back deal if it is colored so not really wanting to toss the back one which is fine. This is on a white truck with chrome rims if that makes a difference.
I can replace it with the OEM one but I am a little bit concerned about the quality since it rusted like this. Should I drop $1000 on a new OEM one and believe this is an oddity or what aftermarket front ones can I get that don't make it look weird with the rear OEM one? TIA
If ever down around st louis, I just took mine off last week. Only thing missing is the towhooks and fog lamps. Lamp mounts still present. But I wasn't planning on giving it away.
Installed a steelcraft last week.
Maybe it's a Texas thing. My local FB Market place is full of them. I whacked my chrome front bumper on my 2020 and bought the front and back off a 22 for $200 including fog lights. Never used, guy drove the truck to aftermarket shop from the dealer.

That is a crazy stupid thing. $200 for front and rear bumpers with fog lights? WTF. I have to be checking on Facebook marketplace. At that price, I couldn't care less if it lasts another 3 years only. Thanks for the heads up.
