Suspension advice

I have a 1990 f250. 2wd. And the front suspension has finally started to fall apart. I was wondering if anyone here knows a good adjustable camber kingpin kit and a good kit for a suspension rebuild. My main issue now is my front tires are beginning to fold inwards under the truck and it is absolutely eating through my tire tread.

You should look under the truck and do some testing to see what is worn out. When you get under there you will see that you do not have king pins.

Most likely cause of what you're seeing is worn out ball joints. I've been happy with my Moog joints and they have a lifetime warranty. Not sure what brand my adjusters are. Get the adjusters regardless and minor adjustments later will be easier.

If you're up to dismantling the front end completely, I would...
Replace axle pivot bushings.
Replace radius arm bushings.
New boots for the steering links and a lube job.
New shocks.
And, finally, a professional alignment.

Have a tire or alignment shop look at it
The best camber shims say FORD on them base part number 3B440 for most of them
87-94 has ball joints in the knuckle and the I beam has the slotted hole for the camber / caster shim
That shim surrounds the ball joint which is probably loose
Jack up the truck and check all 4 ball joints
Have it aligned by a pro when the parts are all good
