April BS Thread
Welcome visitors to the monthly Mississippi Chapter BS Thread... where we mostly discuss the vagaries of our weather.
If you are a MS Ford truck (any year, vintage) owner, please say hello & especially if you are interested in having the coveted chapter membership added to your FTE status.
If you're in a neighboring state/region or just like us, please feel free to join in & post.
We love projects. We love pictures of projects. If you know of a automotive event close by that may have slipped our notice, please tell us about it.
If you're out & about in the state, say where & when & we can do IRL for a cup of coffee or cool beverage. If you need advice/info/helping hand, speak up & we'll give it a shot.

Started to go with a few April Fools jokes & while witty... yeah they wouldn't be funny.
So we stroll off into the future.

Hi John, we've dropped back to Nov. after a couple days of June.
I'd put a bunch of clothes away & the heaters in my shop too.
Not so fast.
Thomas & I got offered jobs at a JY last week.
If it wasn't damn near 60 miles away.

Would they pay travel time...lol Junk yard that is in Dryden pretty much cleaned everything out and sold all and any of the older stuff to one buyer several years ago and now won't let anyone on the property, all the wrecks they tow now the insurance companies deal with and sent to the bigger cities..

What would have been weird is our immediate supe would have been a near twin of Brent Spiner in "Independence Day" w/o the glasses.

I took SS at 62. (paying in since I was 14)
Figured 2 things would happen if I didn't.
A) SS would go broke before I could collect anything back.
Or B) I'd croak before I'd collect a cent. (Several friends did)
Didn't count on the South African **** destroying the SSA outright though.

I started collecting at 60 for the same reason. I look at the obits and have the guys I worked with are listed and many were younger than me..I just hope we survive this four year term...

Good afternoon David, still getting chilly mornings here too and nowhere near t he temps you must be having during the day. Snow is starting to disappear here pretty rapidly though..
