Antenna

I was wondering if this antenna was stock on a 1950 F1 see pic. I am trying to find a new one to match, any ideas/help.

What you have pictured looks to be an aftermarket Ward/Ancola antenna. A derivative "knock-off" seems popular for the VW bug world: https://www.jbugs.com/product/SC-175...ntent=shopping

According to my library, the Ford part number for the Ford supplied antenna assembly is 8C-18813. While some radios may have been factory installed, my literature indicates that the antennas were always a dealer installed item.

Those were real popular jeep accessories too, I have a hole there too. If you just want to replace it might also search in Jeep land.

The original "stock" (dealer installed) antenna went through the cowl not side of cab)

Dealer part number advertisement and the "how to" on where to punch the hole.

I got a stock one from Carpenters for my 52 and it was not even close to being straight? I guess the old mounting hole is not in the right place,so I returned it?
