You need a decent scanner/ monitor like FORScan. A generic code reader will not be good enough. Need to be able to see ICP, IPR,VGT etc. after that you can get more help on the 6.0 section of the forum. See ya there.

I have ELM 327 OBD car scan plus the problem is no power to ecu so scanner con not connect to it I believe I have a bad wire somewhere I just don’t know where to start I’ve checked all fuses and relays whe you switch to start the relays click but nothing going where it’s supposed to
One place that is a reoccurring problem is the wiring going to the cooling fan. The harness is close to the blades and can get nipped. Inspected the harness going over the top of the engine, the ICP, IPR, EBP, IAT2 on the manifold and MAP wiring. It sounds like your VREF voltage is shorted out somewhere. At least as far as what you described and what I can see from a 30000 ft view.
I also encourage you to post in the 6.0 section of the forum. There is also lots of information over there including diagrams.
Thanks I’m new to the forum I really don’t know how to navigate it. I guess I gotta find a bad wire that would cause no crank and energizing ECU would those sensors you mentioned cause no crank?
Hey I found it Icp wire saw underneath the back end of valve cover all shorted and melted I just took it out of over and separated the three wires and it cranked so gotta go get some wire and connectors and I’m sure it will do it thank you very much for your help guys without it I was going to give up for awhile one more thing does anyone know of a good heat reflective tape
