Camera options F250
I am towing a new fifth wheel with my 2023 F250. My cousin loaned me a wireless magnetic camera with a screen that plugs into a cigarette lighter. He attached it to the fifth wheel hitch , It helped immensely to get connected to the hitch since I cannot see the hitch in the mirror as a back up. The only camera on my base model F250 is the back up camera that is located in the tailgate. My question is is there a Ford option that could get a Camera hitch view onto the dashboard screen? My other thought is , Are there any wireless cameras that could be integrated into the Apple CarPlay through my iPhone?

As part of some factory package, I have a camera on the brake light that is at the top of the cab. With it I can see to connect a fifth wheel trailer. It's OK but not great. A camera that you can position for optimal viewing may work out better.
Cameras can be added but it requires some programming of the truck using FORSCan on a laptop. A dealership could do it but they may not be competent enough to do it.

We ended up with the Haloview solar setup. Being solar it has a battery and 2 surfaces are magnetic. I just keep the camera charged and when I need it I plop it down on the rear bumper and plug in the monitor. When done, remove camera and monitor from dash. Voila No need to mount the solar panel that it comes with

I really want to see the hitch view on the in dash monitor, like I see with the back up camera. I think I am going to buy the cable to connect to the talgate camera and then mount another ford camera temporarily and connected to the tail gate harness, while using the camper.

Trailer camera compatible with trailer/Aux camera on 2024 f250 display screen
Where can I find a camera that is compatible with the OEM display screen trailer/Aux camera port? The ones sold by Ford are very expensive.
