No immediate solution, but for the future, I had a locksmith cut ma a brass key(no fob) i hid under the truck for just this kind of situation cost ~$7. Will not start the truck, but will open a door and give you a few seconds to start the truck with a key fob key before the horn honks and the lights flash. I camp and kayak a lot. This os a great solution.
Another thought you may be able to call Ford with your vin and get the keypad code if you have access to another phone.
Or use the theives screwdriver acess option and ruin the exterior door handle to gain access, it may be cheaper than a locksmith depending on where you are.
Sorry for your situation. I can relate. I locked my keys and phone in my running truck while out turkey hunting a bunch of years ago. It was a Chevy, and just before breaking a window I remembered I had OnStar. We had to hike about 200yds to use my buddy’s phone, but was able to get thru.
For the future, you can program your own code for the keypad that you will more easily remember. That key pad is priceless in my opinion. Makes no sense to me that Ford doesn’t include it anymore.

Once you get in the truck and find your factory code, take the few seconds you need to program an easy to remember code in the pad.
Yeah, I know, the horse is already out of the barn, and all that.
