Welcome to FTE!!!

I would guess its around 28-32psi, it should be on a sticker in one of the door jams.

Thanks for the reply

On my 98 Contour there is a sticker with the info

On the Ranger there is the sticker with VIN, manufacture date etc that says 35psi, but does not say whether this is laden and I thought was a bit high for unladen.

I agree with you, that does seem high. I run about 32 in the front and 30 in the back on my 2000 SC with 225/75/15.

I have had problems running even 30 in the rear tire which is what my truck says. Centers wore on the back every time I would rotate them. Now I run 28 but my tires have already been buggered so I can't really tell if it's helping. If your's is recommend at 35 I would do any lower than 32(for safety reasons of course) to start out and then just watch their wear patterns closely. That said most people say they run 36 in all tires without any problems apperently. Just not my experience.
