If it was the switch it would still crank but ...............
The truck would not have one as it had a 300 six and they used a motor driven fuel pump on the 80 to 86 trucks.
I lost my mind reading pills for what year and other need to know information WE NEED TO KNOW!
What year and transmission does the truck have?
Why was the tow truck called did you run out of gas or flat tire? Then they would have nothing to do with what is going on.
