Upstate: I pulled out fuse F29 by the passenger kick plate, fuse was good so in reinstalled the fuse.. Started the truck and magically my sync screen rebooted and is working!! That is great news but I have no idea of the root cause of the initial failure!! would love to hear any feed back!!
Hello, I need some help for my 2014 F250! I pulled into my drive this past Sunday and my sync screen was fine, Nav, radio, phone and heater/a/c were all working... Yesterday morning I went out to my truck and it was black. I tried to do the reboot of the radio numerous times holding the buttons for no less than 30 seconds each time.. I looked at the schematic and it seems that fuses F 27, F24,F26, and F19 might be part of this issue.. But I have not started looking for these fuse.. Just wanted to reach out and ask if someone has had this issue before and how you might have solved this issue?
I have a 2013 F-350 6.7. This has happened to me I think 3 times. The first time it took me a while to figure it out. I finally disconnected both batteries overnight and then reconnected them. Everything came back. I did suspect the Sirius system. Two times it happened after or during their update.
