Good question. I think the main concern would be the wiring. That and you'll have to fab-up a new pitman arm if you want to use the new steering gear box. You'll also have the much wider turn radius to think about, but it is a nice looking truck based on the one picture.
Usually, the people who own later 2005+ vehicles decry the early left spring suspension for the feel and turning radius. Electronically, I believe everything can be switched over.
I was thinking (while trying not to hurt myself) you would have all the parts off the 06 to do a front end conversion on the 03.
That 03 dually F350 I can get for $1800 CAD, but it's 2500kms away in a remote Quebec village and sadly I can't spare the time to go fetch it which I know 100% I'll regret for a while lol. Add says engine not working, but was last summer so I'd venture it's a hpop leak or something simple like ipr/icp. Somebody will snag it soon though
