Wasn't the 1976 highboy also 2 inch's smaller than the regular
f-250's???????

Yes, the HiBoys are about 2" taller than the '77.5 -'79 F-250 4X4's. The 77.5-79's had reverse arch front springs and shorter rearlift blocks. The HiBoys were made from early '60's to early '77.
