Finished up a 6" suspension lift on my Ex and went to start it, truck fired up and idled for about 20 seconds and died, started again and lasted about 10 seconds, then 2 seconds, now just cranks. Checked ICP and IPR using torque pro and both are good, RPMs show about 200ish when cranking so I am assuming CPS is good, removed TS chip to rule it out, fuel bowl fills with fuel. Finally got it to throw codes P1668 and P1670 by doing the on demand test, no buzz when doing buzz test. Checked fuses and IDM relay, pulled IDM and did pinpoint test shown on this link: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/a...9&d=1392748502
Findings of pinpoint test
Pin 22 - 12.4 ohms
Pin 7 - 4.8 ohms
Pin 19 - 3.0 ohms
Pin 9 - 2.5 ohms
Pin 6 - 3.0 ohms
Pin 21 - 3.0 ohms
Pin 8 - 30.4 ohms
Pin 20 - 6.1 ohms
Pin 26 to negative post - 0.0 ohms
So, I am not quite sure where to go from here or what to do with this information, I know 2 in each bank are out of spec, but what would the next step be?
In case anyone views this thread in the future, would not start due to IDM failure, high resistance was due to UVCH.
Replaced both and truck runs good as new
