I have a 2000 F-350 PSD DRW 6-sp 4-wd and love it. I have had a 100hp bullydog chip ,aeraid air box, and 4" exhaust installed. I am satisfied, but would like a little more power. I tow a trailer alot and run with dodge cummins all of the time, but I really want to be able to walk off from these guys. I recently ran across a power module sold by power edge and another by diesel dynamecs. These plug into the ICP sensor and can produce up to 35hp more over any chip that maybe installed . Has anybody seen or used one of these and do they actualy work?
Thanks- I am new to this website and so far enjoy it.
Did you have a set of gauges installed along with the HP mods? If not, get 'em. High power chips and towing heavy sometimes have unfortunate results which are easily avoidable if you can monitor your exhaust gas temps.
Stacking boxes does work, but can cause driveability issuses in the form of an extremely touchy throttle pedal, which could be troublesome when trying to manuver a trailer in a tight space.
