2004 5.4 engine swap 3 valve to 2valve
Not easily. The 2V 5.4 uses old fashioned cable throttle while the 3V uses electric throttle. If you can figure out how to meld those setups together, you’re golden. Probably lots of splicing and an intake swap, for starters.
If you just want to get away from a 3V engine at any cost, a same body truck 4.6 would drop right in. It was a factory option, after all.
ETA: I am led to believe the E-vans that still used the 2V 5.4 to their end were electric throttle as well. But, I’m not sure what engine harness differences there are and what needs to be done to make work in your truck. Splicing, probably. Probably need to work with PATS as well.
