The short answer is nothing will bolt up and you will need to fab all the mounts and figure out how to run that coyote. I hope you are good at electronics, fuel systems, exhaust, etc. Set a realistic budget, then double it.

So whatever the OP has out of a 2005 it is probably not a Coyote and would still be a difficult swap, and since it's probably a 4.6, it's an even more impractical engine for an F350. .....
