2012 speedometer reading 10+ mph higher even when parked

2012 speedometer reading 10+ mph higher even when parked
Has anyone had this happen? It’s like the gauge is zeroed around 10 mph when I start driving it goes up immediately doesn’t wait till I actually hit 10. Seen some other post where they take the needle off and reposition it back at zero is there another way to re-calibrate it without having to do that or is my best bet just taking it apart and re-positioning the needle. Thanks.

UPDATE, I realized the tachometer was off as well so ended up taking the cluster out and sending it off for a rebuild it was a faulty processor, everything is recalibrated and working properly now. Cost was around 150$ plus 10$ shipping Automotive circuit solutions is company if anyone else has cluster issues!
