Can I use coil packs from a 99 5.4 on my 09 5.4?

Different motors with different heads…99 was a 2v and the 09 is probably a 3 valve(not sure about newer trucks) I do know those 3 valve plugs have been known to break off when replacing so if it is do your plugs often and don’t let them seize!!
