So I have a 1977 Ford gruman inline six 4.9L/300 step Van, I'm trying to find a wiring diagram for the whole truck & fuse panel I'd really appreciate it if anybody could help me out.
That may be hard to come by as the truck was not built by Ford so Ford books would not have anything to do with it.
What is it you are looking for or to do as some I think would be Ford like the IGN as I think being a 77 would have DSII IGN and not points.
The rest of the wiring I think would be just your normal wiring for lights and stuff but laid out for Gruman step van.
Thinking 4 or 5 (ground) wires to the rear if the turn / brake lights use the same bulb other wise add 2 more wires.
Front could have 5 or 6 (ground) wires.
A wire off the head light switch or a standalone switch for inside lights.
You may want to run relays for the running lights and any ICC roof lights to take the load off the main switch.
I would do the same with the head lights too.
So what is it you are looking for?
I might be able to point you to 80's truck wiring, the IGN should be the same as would the lighting side, if that will help.

It's exactly what I was having a problem with. Is the headlights/ tail lights I Replace the switch 3 or 4 times now. And the fuse box is a mess. And I can't read what Fuse goes to what or what size And I can't seem to find anything on that.
I dug a little deeper on Gary's site to find this https://www.garysgaragemahal.com/hea...g-harness.html
Maybe you can post up some pictures of the head light switch on the plug side and of fuse box as someone may know it when they see it.
Gary may also have a break down of the fuse box of what fuse protects what and the size?
I would almost go as far as to maybe post this question over there as someone may know your type truck to help.
There is also a large truck area up on the main menu maybe someone there knows something?
