I know it is early and 2025s are just hitting the ground but what do y’all think the 2026 update have in store for us? 2025 going to be short run? New engines? Updated tech? Big 12” screen for all models like the f-150? Exterior styling changes? Fake locking hubs? Colors? Hybrid option?
I haven't heard anything since September of last year where I read that 2026 will be a refresh while 2028 may be a redesign. I have a platinum on order which was slightly refreshed for MY25, but I am curious to see what next years models may bring (or delete).

Seems weird that we haven't. I remember when the 20s were announced that they did it in Feb of '19, and I didn't see one on the lot til November or December.

A mild refresh for 2026 and a redesign tentative for 2028, but that was contingent on the Oakville plant coming online. Who knows now, with all the tariffs. With over 5000 orders waiting to be built yet this year and Ford already scheduling balance out in a month or so, I think they will roll right into 2026 builds by August or September. They still can't build them fast enough so why make many changes?

How much room is there to squeeze out more displacement from the 7.3L? I saw some company’s squeezed out 511ci out of one.
Not sure, but I'm sure they can squeeze acouple more hp & lb/ft out of it with very little work just to make it appear like an upgrade. Hell, most people that dyno them claim they're under rated from Ford anyway.
