Dead after For-Scan changes

Hi Ford Explorer enthusiasts,

I need help with my 2014 Ford Explorer Interceptor. I originally planned to program a key fob, but I couldn’t find the Body Module option. While I was in there, I made a few changes that I thought were minor, such as:
  • Enabling Daytime Running Lights (DRL)
  • Activating Remote Keyless Entry
  • Enabling the double honk when leaving the cabin
Unfortunately, I didn’t back up the original settings. Now, my car won’t start—it seems like the battery is dead. I reversed the changes, but something is still draining the battery. I charged it overnight, but it keeps dying after I try to read or post the error codes. I’m charging it again now.

Does anyone have advice on how I can fix this? I’d like to avoid going to the dealer if possible, as I’d have to tow the car and deal with their high charges.

I’ve downloaded the factory .ob file but am unsure if using it will make things worse.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
