It started with the passenger side lower head light being out . So I replaced all four with LEDs then the lower lights now go out and or flicker then go out then on but when I switch to high beams all four come on and work .Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
So, one incandescent bulb blew; then you replaced all with LED bulbs, and now you have issues all the time?
What LED bulbs did you install? Some tend to flicker.
Sounds like you need to install PWM modules (they compensate for the CANBus circuitry that Ford uses). Depending upon the LED vendor, they may or may not offer them for your model of LED bulb.
Otherwise, your LEDs will misbehave exactly as you're describing (flickering, turn off unexpectedly, not work as DRL's properly). It's a known problem that if the LED manufacturer doesn't factor into their bulb design then they typically provide PWM modules to remedy issues. They condition the voltage and sine wave signals to give the LED what it requires to function properly.
