What do I have?

Forgive my newbiness (sp) but im curious,

I have a 93 XLT F-150 5.8L EFI 4x4 Ex-cab,

What is the Cubic displacement of this motor and whats its history or background,

Is it a decent motor?

That is a 351. Good engine and still in use in today's F150's, albeit a little more modified.

yes great engine i believe it came out in the early 70's late 60's maybe im not sure, but they have been around for along time so that always helps.
