Suspension upgrade
Anyone have any experience with the BDS 4” lift kit with the fox shocks specifically on a 97’ f350/250? Any difference in the ride quality on and off road? Drop in mpg’s? Quality of the kit itself?

An f250/f350 OBS will ride like a lumber wagon regardless if you are going with leaf springs in the front. I had a 6" RSK with factory leafs in the front and lift springs in the rear rode like ****. I have a 2" RSK with 99-04 F250 front springs and 08-16 F250 springs in the rear and it still rides like ****. The only thing that makes it ride better is throwing weight on it. 1000lbs in the bed and it floats.
Don't expect a dramatic or maybe not even noticeable improvement unless you are coming from shot leaf springs and shocks.
