Windows not working

Windows not working
2012 3.5 FX4. Rolled down both front windows on auto. And now neither will go back up. Passenger door button not rolling up either. Door locks work. Any help?
Update: got the windows to work and go up before they crapped out again. Now the rear sliding window is out along with the backup camera. Coincidence? All tied in together somewhere?

window not working
same here, seams to be the drivers door harness. was not easy to locate one. just bought the last one off ebay. affected my remote mirror too. was unaware this was an another common problem. the rear window as i understand power switch i located on the bottom, mine is effected by weather, sometimes works, sometimes not. check your ground screw for the backup camara mine works better when it gets wet. haven't bothered to fix mine yet as i use the truck mostly in the winter.
