I drive a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT. Everytime it rains my driver side leaks from right underneath the center of the dash, like right above the brake pedal. It does not leak unless it rains. I’m not sure if it’s an ac drainage problem or something else. Sometime it leaks a lot and sometimes it leaks just a little bit, depending on the rain amount. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’m not sure what to do.
The ac drainage issue is on the passenger side. Sadly, I had to have a windshield replaced in my 2020. After a trip through the car wash, it leaked same as yours, straight up from brake pedal. They replaced it again, said no way to fix it.
Now if I was me, I'd certainly look for a way to pull back the trim and add some product like Geocell, black in color (it's similar to silicon, but not.)

Did you do the same to yours? I have Husky floor liners and when it rains I just put a towel right underneath the brake pedal so it doesn’t get into the carpet. Let me know if you did the same and I’ll probably look into doing that. Thanks.

No, they replaced the windshield again. If you go the caulk route, I'd stay away from silicone. I've heard it can react with aluminum. Google is your friend.

I guess it depends. Some silicone and RTV sealants contain acetic acid, that can attack aluminum. Given the aluminum is painted, I do not know what if any issue could happen. I would tend to look at aluminum gutter sealants, or polyurethane sealants, or get on amazon and find windshield caulk..
