Headers and exhaust - Good
Cat Back only - I'm not convinced they do very much if anything at all, except they help the sound - I'd like to see some dyno numbers
Nitrous - Good, but be careful
Supercharger - Good, but be careful
Chips Diablo/Supertuner - Good
Shift kits - good
MAF sensors - I doubt they do anything; someone would have to convince me
Air Intake Kits - claim up to 18hp, but I'd have to see a dyno before I'd spend the money
Bigger throttle body - I'd say that Ford would have sized the original one right and that they'd do nothing, but there are several here that say they made a huge difference. I just may give it a try
TBS - Junk
That little resistor you can buy on eBay - Junk
Things I'd like to be able to find, but can't:
Forged pistons - I could buy some from the 5.4, but I'd be short a couple. Maybe the manufacturers will work with me.
Camshafts - Nothing out there yet, but I've been working with Comp Cams on a regrind. After I P&P the heads, I'll put them on a flow bench to determine what kind of grind I want. Max lift will be 0.5.

I would make this a "must do" mod. I'm partial because I have installed the ACCUFAB and it has made a BIG difference. I'll be home soon and will be updating the performance and MPG stats for you guys.
