Regen problem

2019 F250 6.7
About 2 weeks a go while on a trip I looked down and saw my gauge at 70%. About 10 minutes later it said 0% and has stayed that way for the last 2 weeks. Do I have a problem? Any thoughts?
Thanks

Check for codes. There can be codes without a CEL. Start from there otherwise its going to be a bunch of guesses as answers.

Have you been towing? Towing creates higher EGT's which help keep the filter clean (passive regen).

I have not been towing. Just hooked up forscan and I dont see any codes. Not really sure of the exact place to look for the codes so I just toggled around the different screens.

It will let you know if there is a problem. Do you live in a cold area? I don't, but have heard that the DPF% can remain low for extended periods in cold climates.

I think the ford dash % indicator used DPF REGEN TRIGGER pid for its numbers. what does your DPF SL numbers say?

How many miles have you traveled? What kind of driving (city, highway)?

Mine is doing the same thing. I have gone through 5 tanks of fuel and the gauge stays at 0%. I have been driving highway in temperatures around 0 degrees F. Not towing..
I use Max Mileage fuel additive.

There have been quite a few posts in the past from owners in cold climates who experience this exact same thing. I have no idea why that is, but it sounds like it's a "normal" thing.

Interesting. I have the opposite issue, I'm at 70% and it hasn't gone down despite two active regens.

The DPF and anything related to it is the problem.

So an active regen is starting at 70% but the % doesn't change? Or it starts at 100% but then stops at 70%?

I've never had an active regen start below Full, but I have had them stop at various levels do to being interrupted. On the open highway, mine have always completed to 0%.

According to my Edge CTS monitor I've been sitting at 70% for a bit, around 1000 miles. I've noticed the truck going into regen twice but stayed at 70%.
