Sometimes when it's cold out, the fender mounted solenoid can use a little "tap". Just lightly, like with the handle of a screwdriver. If you have help, put a test light or meter on the solenoid and see if you get power when you turn the key all the way forward.
Inspect the wire from relay to starter solenoid and clean and retighten connections on relay and starter solenoid as a PM. And I would get a spare starter relay handy just in case.
