Thank you all for this awesome site. I,ve learned more here than talking to all of my buds combined. Just purchased a 2000 Super Duty Powerstroke. While crawling around by the gas pedal I noticed a 1/4" hole in the top right corner of the pedal. Also noticed that a section of the heater plenum near the pedal had been cut out. Any Ideas? Also a 2" tall "u" shaped cut out of the fuse access trim panel.
It may have had those fancy pedal covers installed at one point? Ya know the kind you see on ricers alot. They usually "clip" onto the pedals and almost always the gas pedal never fits correctly, it is common for people to then drill a hole or two for the use of a small bolt and nut to hold the fancy pedal onto the stock pedal.
If you got critters in yer cab what ya gotta do to clear em out is this.
pur some Kerosene on the floorboard on one side then stab em with an ice pick when they run to the other side.
try an be careful too not grab em when you stab em or you run the risk of missen them an hitten yourself. okay so to recap.
allways stab then grab. Never grab then stab.
Wait!
I'm sorry
This was for something else entirely.
Never mind.
